Privacy Notice

What we collect

When you sign in, we collect your email address. When you buy a template we record which template, the amount, the time your payment was confirmed, the time your download access ends, and the version of the Access Terms you accepted. We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are processed by our payment processor.

Why we collect it

To identify your account, to confirm your payment and show your purchases, to enforce the seven-day download period, and to keep a record of the terms you accepted.

Your rights (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will act on verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Third parties

Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and payment data is processed by our payment processor. Neither party is authorized to use your data for purposes beyond providing this service.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to template files requires server-side verification; no file is ever served from a public link.
