Sign in, accept the terms and pay
Sign in with your email, read and accept the Access Terms, then pay online. Downloads unlock only after the payment is confirmed.

Download within seven days
You can download the template, in each format offered, for 7 days (168 hours) counted from the time your payment is confirmed, not from your first download. After that, downloads from this website lock automatically. Copies you saved to your device stay with you. Your purchases, payment dates, access end times and formats are listed under My documents.
Fill in the highlighted fields, review the clauses with your advocate, and sign it in line with the stamp duty and execution rules that apply to you.
